Your Part in the Journey: When you complete your purchase, you're not just buying something awesome – you're also taking on an important role. It's crucial that you, or someone authorized by you, are present at the shipping address you provided on the delivery day. This helps us make sure your order safely reaches you and avoids any missed connections.

Keep an Eye Out: We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. This is your magic lens to see where your package is at any moment. Staying updated with the tracking information is the best way to be prepared for your order's arrival. It is your responsibility, or that of an authorized person, to be present at the delivery address for safe and prompt receipt.

  1. Delivery Areas: We only deliver within the provinces of Canada, except any lighting products not available in British Columbia due to Province restrictions and regulations. The Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are excluded from our delivery areas. Moreover, due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel an order.

  2. Carriers: We use Loomis Express, Canada Post, UPS or Purolator for our shipments. We do not ship to PO boxes. Small parcels may be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.

  3. Processing and Delivery Times: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing your order. Delivery times are typically 2 to 3 business days for Ontario and Quebec, and 4 to 10 business days for other provinces.

  4. Peak Periods: During holidays or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer due to increased order volume and holiday schedules of carriers.

  5. Orders During Holidays: Orders placed on or the day before a holiday may experience additional delays of a few business days.

  6. Order Modifications: Once an order is sent to our warehouse, it is not possible to modify, add, or remove items. If you have questions or errors to correct, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number.

  7. Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors such as sales season, ordering multiple products, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  8. Apartment Building Deliveries: If you reside in an apartment building requiring an access code, please indicate this in the notes of your order. Deliveries may be compromised if the courier does not have this code.

  9. Communication with Couriers: Our carriers do not use professional cell phones and do not contact before delivery.

  10. Right to Refuse Delivery: We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of logistical difficulties in delivering to certain remote areas.
